After earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Gross worked in private practice, gaining firsthand insight into patient care and clinical challenges.  Motivated to make a broader impact, Dr. Gross transitioned to a leadership role at Blue Cross Blue Shield, honing her expertise in client success, documentation compliance, and healthcare operations. This period marked a turning point, as she became a key contributor to ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence within a complex healthcare system.
